Unique ULTRA6 Heat Treatment

Through years of research, our experts have developed a special heat treatment that gives our knives the durability and sturdiness needed for a sharp 16-degree edge. Each blade undergoes our ULTRA6 heat treatment to bring out the best steel qualities, making these knives remarkable in every aspect. Crafted from tight grained, X50CrMoV15 German Steel, our full tang knives are incredibly durable, stain-resistant, and have exceptional edge retention. Winner of the 2019 Houseware Design Award, our design is also patented by the USPTO.

Each blade undergoes an ultra6 stage heat treatment to maintain strength and function. Hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side, these knives have a hardness of HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.

The set includes: 8" chef's knife, 8" bread knife, 7" santoku knife, 6" boning knife, 5" serrated utility knife, 5" tomato knife, 3.5" paring knife, 2.75" peeling knife, 6 x 5" straight-edge steak knives, 8" honing steel, 9" 2-piece shears, and a solid walnut wood block to house each knife perfectly. Additionally, a 6-piece steak knife set is included.

Designed to help you effortlessly accomplish various cutting tasks with confidence, this set contains all the common kitchen knives, as well as specialty knives for advanced prep work.
